These terms are an agreement between you and Tweenzo (Kuruköprü Mh., 01060 Seyhan, Adana, Türkiye; [email protected]), "we", for the use of tweenzo.com and its API (the "Service"). By creating an account or buying anything on the Service you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. The Service

Tweenzo turns a short text into an animated video. An AI planner (the "AI Director") writes a storyboard from your text, you can edit it, and we render it with a motion design theme as an MP4 file in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1. Features such as video length, brand assets, AI voice-over and rendering priority depend on your plan, as shown on the pricing page.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
  • Give a working email address and keep your password, passkeys and API keys to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One person or business may not open several accounts to collect free credits. The free credits are given once per person, email inbox and phone number, and we may ask you to verify a phone number with our Telegram bot before giving them.

3. Credits

  • One credit is one second of finished full-resolution video. Storyboards are free. Each video includes a number of free previews; further previews and AI voice-over cost extra credits, as shown before you start them.
  • A render that fails on our side gives its credits back.
  • Plan credits are added each month of a paid plan. Unused plan credits stay usable for 1 month(s) after the billing period they belong to, then expire.
  • Credits from a credit pack expire 12 months after the purchase.
  • The free plan's credits are given once, to try the Service.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and end when the account is deleted.

4. Plans, payments and payment providers

Orders in US dollars are processed by our online reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for those orders. Dodo Payments handles their payment, VAT or sales tax and invoice, and your purchase is also subject to its buyer terms, which you accept at checkout. Orders in Turkish lira are paid through Shopier, a payment service in Türkiye; for those orders we are the seller. Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies.

  • Plans paid in US dollars renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Yearly plans are charged for the whole year up front and add their credits month by month.
  • Plans paid in Turkish lira are paid one period at a time and do not renew automatically. Buying the same plan again extends the current period; buying another plan replaces the current one from that moment, and credits already added stay until they expire.
  • You can cancel a renewing plan any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; there are no partial refunds for the remaining time.
  • If a renewal payment fails, the plan may be paused until the payment succeeds.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Custom themes

You can order a theme designed for your brand. Our AI designer creates it, our team reviews every version before you see it, and the order includes 1 revision round; further rounds are sold separately. If we reject an order in review, we refund it in full. A finished theme can be used only in your account.

6. Your content

  • You keep the rights to the text, logos and images you upload and to the videos you make with the Service. You give us the right to store and process them only as needed to run the Service for you.
  • You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload, including logos, trademarks and people's names or likenesses.
  • You may not use the Service for content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, harasses or threatens people, is hateful, sexually explicit, involves minors, impersonates real people or organisations to mislead, or spreads malware or spam. Requests are checked automatically and may be refused; we may remove such content and suspend the account.
  • Finished MP4 files can be downloaded for 7 days after rendering and are then deleted from our servers. Please keep your own copies.

7. AI-generated output

Storyboards, scene texts and voice-overs are generated by AI models. They can contain mistakes. Check every video before you publish it; you are responsible for how you use it. AI voices are synthetic and must not be presented as the voice of a real person.

8. API

The API is for your own videos and integrations. Keep your API keys secret, respect the rate limits, and do not use the API to resell the Service or to build a competing product.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we change a paid feature in a way that clearly reduces what you bought, we will tell you in advance.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the Service, for example through payment fraud or chargebacks. Paid but unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed for such reasons.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or on the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices of Adana have jurisdiction, without affecting consumers' right to use the consumer arbitration committees and courts of their residence, or the mandatory consumer protection law of the country they live in.
